2. Orders & Payments

• All export orders are confirmed only after written approval and advance payment as agreed between both parties.

• Prices are quoted based on FOB or CIF terms, depending on buyer requirements.

• Payment methods include bank transfer (TT) or other mutually accepted modes.

3. Quality & Inspection

• Fruits are packed as per export standards in reefer containers.

• Third-party inspection (SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on buyer’s request, at buyer’s cost.

• Once goods are dispatched, KK Exports and Imports is not responsible for any damage caused due to mishandling during transit.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipment schedules depend on port availability and container booking.

• Estimated delivery time may vary due to logistics or customs clearance delays.

• All CIF shipments include marine insurance up to the destination port.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not accept returns or refunds once the shipment has been dispatched.
